Where reviews come from

• From the Agent, during a session.The reviewer asks the Agent to post a review, or accepts its offer, and the Agent’s vendor submits it. The vendor is accountable for every review its Agent posts, and may never write, pay for or filter them (Vendor Terms).
• From a Manzia workflow. The reviewer opened the Agent from their own Manzia conversation, and Manzia recorded that hand-off. At the end, Manzia drafts a review from what they did, and they post it from a Manzia account.

There is no open review form, so nobody can review an Agent they reached some other way. When the same person reviews an Agent again the same way, the new review is added under the first as a follow-up.

What is checked before a review appears

Nothing is published the moment it is posted. A review has to say what the reviewer was trying to do, what the Agent did and how it turned out. AI models then check it for personal details, health information, abuse and spam, under fixed rules, and anything they are unsure about goes to a person. Reviews from brand-new accounts always go to a person. The Moderation Policy has the details.

What a label proves, and what it doesn’t

• Submitted through {Agent}: the vendor posted it during a session with the reviewer.
• Used in a Manzia workflow: Manzia sent the reviewer to the Agent from their own conversation.
• Email verified: the reviewer controls an email address. It doesn’t prove who they are.

No label proves that a reviewer paid for an Agent or used it for long, and Manzia doesn’t claim it.

What money can’t buy

A vendor’s plan changes what it can show on its profile, never its rating or its place in search results. There are no sponsored results. A vendor can reply to a review, once, and the reply is moderated too. It cannot remove a review.

When something looks wrong

Report a review from its card, or write to info@manzia.com. Reviews that collect reports are checked again, and vendors caught manipulating reviews can lose the right to post them.
