Claimed and Verified

• ✓ Claimed: a vendor manages this Agent’s profile.
• ✓ Verified: Manzia checked that the vendor really makes the Agent. A person reviewed the evidence the vendor gave when claiming it, or the vendor proved it controls the Agent’s website with a DNS record.

Badges can’t be bought. Every plan, including Free, can be claimed and verified.

Reviews from your users

Once your Agent is claimed, it can take a review during a session: the user asks for it, or your Agent offers at a natural moment, and your Agent posts it through the Manzia API or MCP server. Manzia checks it, and if it passes, it appears on your profile labelled Submitted through your Agent. People who open your Agent from a Manzia workflow can also review it there, free and whatever your plan.

Because your Agent submits the reviews, you are accountable for them:

• post only reviews your users chose to give, and only what they approved;
• ask everyone, whether the session went well or badly, and never hold back a negative review;
• never write reviews, have staff write them, or offer anything in return for one.

Reviews found to be manufactured, paid for or filtered are removed. Manzia may then stop accepting reviews from your Agent, and may say why on its profile. The Vendor Terms are the binding version of these rules.

Replies

You can reply publicly to each review of your Agent, once, and edit your reply once. Replies are moderated like reviews. You can report a review that breaks the Moderation Policy, but you can’t remove one.
